Shipping policy
All orders will be sent in 2-3 business days, however: we aim to send everything on the day that you ordered. Tanza Traders B.V. charges shipping costs. The cost of the shipping will appear automatically in checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
We use DPD to ship our products within Europe. We ship your order to the address that you provided in your order. If you would like us to ship your item to a DPD pick-up point instead, please leave a note in the check-out form with the details of the preferred DPD pick-up point.
Normally your order should arrive in 2-3 days from the time you received an email confirmation from us that your order is completed. This email will also contain a DPD tracking number link to follow the shipment process of your order. DPD will email you on the expected date and time of delivery. If you provided your phone number DPD will also send you an sms with shipment status notifications.

• Free shipment is offered in the Netherlands above a total order amount of EUR 25,-
• Free shipment is also offered on 500-gram monthly coffee subscriptions
